Yes.
Apple has not announced any changes to music storage capacity, which is up to 2GB or 250 songs (depending on how you choose to define the limit via settings).

You can store music on the current Apple Watch. Nothing was said yesterday to give anyone reason to believe that feature had been removed.
Yes and yes. The Nike version is different colours and has an extra app or two but is otherwise the same device
